Dear Parents and Carers of Early Years Unit Pupils
Just a few little points about the Little Halloween Party on Thursday:
Every child must be accompanied by their own parent or carer. School staff will not be supervising the children
Please enter the school hall via the front entrance – Mrs Morgan will be in the foyer watching the door
The children must use the toilets in the Reception class; adults may use the staff toilets
The rest of the school is strictly out of bounds so please ensure your child remains in the hall for the duration of the party
For safeguarding reasons we advise that masks or any facial disguises must not be worn by adults on the premises
Please do not be offended if you are asked to identify yourself
The party organisers are serving snacks and drinks which are included in the ticket price
