CURRICULUM 2022 INFORMATION and SURVEY
After publication of the Donaldson report into Curriculum in Wales (Successful Futures) in 2015 and the Welsh Government’s response in accepting its recommendations, West Park began to engage with the school community about how we would move forward with our curriculum. Central to curriculum development within a school is a strong vision and aims. Throughout the academic year 2017 to 2018, school engaged with the school council, as well as all classes, parents via a parental survey, discussions in parent forum and with Governors. This culminated in a new vision and aims being published in July 2018 and the school working towards the new curriculum has been based on this.
We would now like to review the vision and aims and gather some further information about curriculum elements that you may feel are important.
