Reading Log Homework

1 Weeks to complete and return to your class teacher, signed and dated by a parent/carer please.

Please choose one activity from the reading grid, you do not have to do more than one each time a reading homework is issued.

Can all reading logs be completed in pencil (not pen) and coloured in with coloured pencils/felt pens. Can all homework be stuck into the book where possible and not loose to avoid it getting lost.

Reading Books

Please encourage your child to read their reading for enjoyment or RWI/Rapid Reader books at home every night, little and often. Parents can support their child and read with them if necessary. Can parents please record when your child is reading using their reading record books and ensure that your child has their reading book in their school bags every day.

Timetables

Please can you encourage your child to practise the below timetables little and often

P.E

Thursday - can pupils come to school dressed in their kits unless told otherwise.

Friday - can pupils please bring their P.E kit and trainers in a draw string bag.
